You can learn at your own pace using one of Claire’s online programmes. The programmes are video-based with exercises and downloads so that you can follow along with the video, test your understanding and try for yourself as well.
You can revisit any of the videos for the duration of your access period too.

CLAIRE AIKMAN
Specialises in Microsoft 365 training and solutions and oversees Executive and Admin support activities.
Claire started her working career as a bi-lingual secretary for a German merchant bank in London. She continued working in the City heading up the Presentation Centre for Salomon Brothers’ (now Citigroup) European Investment Banking division, providing a 24/7 service.
She later moved to a training role with Citigroup supporting team members in the London and European branches and led the annual graduate training programme.
She loves helping people to gain new skills and have those “lightbulb moments” and prides herself on a reputation for delivering a first-class service, adding value and building long-lasting business relationships.
